Abe Gaskins- Abe was President of MGM Industries which is a regional window and door manufacturing company located in Hendersonville, Tennessee. The Gaskins’ family started MGM Industries in 1967 and grew it to a sophisticated $40 million dollar manufacturing business that employed 350 people before the family sold the business in 2016. Abe is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has a M.B.A. with an emphasis of marketing from The University of Tennessee Knoxville. Abe came back to the family business in 1985 to assist his father, Marshall Gaskins and his brothers–Zeke and Joe Gaskins. Together this team built a company from $2.5 million in sales in 1985 to $40 million in 2016. Abe was working with Carl Brogunier to develop automation solutions for MGM before the company was sold to Custom Window Systems in Ocala, Florida. After MGM was sold, Abe and Carl decided to create AC Automation to provide software and automation solutions to the fenestration industry. Abe is also one half owner of Safari Helicopters located in Marianna, Florida (www.safarihelicopter.com). He is an avid fixed wing and Helicopter pilot. Carl Brogunier– Carl has a 35 year tenure in Computer hardware and software integration into multiple areas of concentrations. He started out in the 1980’s re-purposing large mainframe computers. In this capacity he learned how to repair and design printed circuit boards. He is also has an extensive background in encryption and has the knowledge of multiple computer programming languages. He has the ability to integrate business intelligence from order entry all the way to the shop floor. His expertise is data collection and the manipulation of that data. Carl has experinence in managing over 300 data centers across contiguous USA.
Stephen Prather–Stephen worked in the IT department of MGM Industries for 15 years. He helped build machinery, integrated machinery together, administered the servers, managed the IT department and designed the Tool Quote order entry and production software that replaced their existing order entry and legacy production systems. Stephen has a degree in computer information systems from Tennessee Technological University.
Mark Reilly–
